Refund policy

At Handmade by Chosen, every piece is crafted with intention. We want you to love what you receive — but if something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from stains, odours, or signs of wear
  • In its original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at Choecen@handmadebychoecen.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from us — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, please allow additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at Choecen@handmadebychoecen.shop with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
